Save our Healesville Hospital

Healesville Hospital has been at the centre of the Yarra Valley communities health for many decades. Eastern Health over the past years have begun to wind back our services and most recently have removed maternity services.

Continuing chats with residents raise a huge number of issues all linked to the idea that we need COMMONSENSE from Council. Whether it be allowing farmers to build barns without a huge planning battle, allowing small businesses to convert to solar power without blocking them, realising that the high costs of getting rid of your rubbish at the tip or dealing with issues consistently – it is time for changes at Yarra Ranges Council. I will keep talking to everyone and if elected will certainly work my way through the many issues that people continue to tell me about.

Supporter of Libraries

Healesville Library Action Plan with great interest. This 4 page document of motherhood statements wasn’t the reassurance I was looking for – have a look and make up your own mind….. click here.
